    You can complete this block after going to the doctor.

    You will be able to unlock this block at a later date.

What is Baby Blocks?
The UnitedHealthcare Baby Blocks program rewards members for going to the doctor. Your health and your baby's health are important. Staying healthy starts by going to the doctor. Your doctor can make sure baby is growing well. After baby is born, your baby's doctor can help you keep baby safe and healthy.
Who can join Baby Blocks?
Pregnant members and infant members up to 15 months of age who are enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare Community Plan in Arizona, Florida, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin
How do I sign up for Baby Blocks?
Go to www.uhcbabyblocks.com. You will need your member ID number or your baby's ID number handy.
What type of information do I need to share with Baby Blocks?
We need basic information about you and your membership. This includes your name, address, member ID, and date of birth. It also includes your email, phone number, and baby's due date or birth date. We use this information to confirm your UnitedHealthcare membership and to send appointment reminders.
Do you check the accuracy of the information?
Yes. We confirm your member information and check doctor claims to prevent fraud.
Is my information safe?
Yes. UnitedHealthcare is careful to protect your privacy.
How do I use Baby Blocks after I'm enrolled?
You can access Baby Blocks with a computer or mobile device. Be sure you are in a place with an internet connection or Wi-Fi.
What can I get?
UnitedHealthcare members can get a $20 gift card or a cool diaper bag for signing up for Baby Blocks. Stay with the program until baby is 15 months old and get more rewards for going to the doctor. Rewards include baby gear, toys, books and child safety items.

What if I would like to discontinue the program?
Click on the 'contact' link on the bottom of the web page and send us an email to let us know. We'll take care of deactivating your Baby Blocks membership.

Congratulations! If each of your babies is a UnitedHealthcare member, each of them can participate in Baby Blocks. Click here to start another set of Baby Blocks.
How can I add my baby’s member ID number to Baby Blocks?
You can add your baby’s Member ID on your profile page. Select your baby’s name and click "Edit."

Send an email to help@uhcbabyblocks.com and tell us the new due date. We will update it in Baby Blocks for you.

  • Using your device, visit www.uhcbabyblocks.com.
  • Add it to the bookmarks (Menu – Add bookmark – Done).
  • Open Bookmark Manager (Menu – Bookmarks).
