The UnitedHealthcare Baby Blocks program rewards members for going to the doctor. Your health and your baby's health are important. Staying healthy starts by going to the doctor. Your doctor can make sure baby is growing well. After baby is born, your baby's doctor can help you keep baby safe and healthy.
Pregnant members and infant members up to 15 months of age who are enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare Community Plan in Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
Go to www.uhcbabyblocks.com. You will need your member ID number or your baby's ID number handy.
We need basic information about you and your membership. This includes your name, address, member ID, and date of birth. It also includes your email, phone number, and baby's due date or birth date. We use this information to confirm your UnitedHealthcare membership and to send appointment reminders.
  • UnitedHealthcare members can get a gift card or a cool diaper bag for signing up for Baby Blocks. Stay with the program until baby is 15 months old and receive rewards for going to all the available doctor appointments. Rewards include baby gear, toys, books and child safety items.
  • You can earn rewards by attending your doctor visits and tracking them in Baby Blocks. While you’re pregnant, track visits on the “Prenatal Board.” Once your baby is born, the “Postpartum Board” will appear so that you can keep earning. You can access the Prenatal or Postpartum Board by clicking “Complete Blocks” on the Baby Blocks home page.
  • Not all visits may be eligible for rewards. But for those that are, you can select the reward that’s best for you. We’ll confirm your completed visits and send you your rewards.
  • If you’re having twins, you will use only one Prenatal Board during your pregnancy. Once your kids are born, you can contact us and we will help setup another Postpartum Board to play and earn for both of them.
  • Rewards will be mailed to the address in your profile. Don’t forget to update your address if you move.
Congratulations! You can add a pregnancy by clicking the “Add Pregnancy” link in the dropdown menu on the home page.
You can view each child separately by selecting the appropriate due date on the home page.
You’ll get an enrollment reward when you first sign up for Baby Blocks, but not for every pregnancy or child. Don’t worry, you can still earn other great rewards if you become pregnant again.

You can add your baby’s Member ID on your profile page. Select your baby’s name and click "Edit."

  • Earn badges for completing your Baby Blocks and other activities on the site.
  • Click on the 'Contact Us' link on the bottom of the web page. On your phone, the 'Contact Us' link is on the bottom of the Menu option. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours.
    We contact you by email or text message. If you do not wish to receive email or texts from us, you may opt out at any time.
    Contact Member Services by calling the phone number on the back of your member ID card.
    Click on the 'Contact Us' link on the bottom of the web page and send us an email to let us know. On your phone, the 'Contact Us' link is on the bottom of the Menu option. We'll take care of deactivating your Baby Blocks membership.
