The UnitedHealthcare Baby Blocks program rewards members for going to the doctor. Your health and your baby's health are important. Staying healthy starts by going to the doctor. Your doctor can make sure baby is growing well. After baby is born, your baby's doctor can help you keep baby safe and healthy.
Pregnant members and infant members up to 15 months of age who are enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare Community Plan in Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
Go to www.uhcbabyblocks.com. You will need your member ID number or your baby's ID number handy.
We need basic information about you and your membership. This includes your name, address, member ID, and date of birth. It also includes your email, phone number, and baby's due date or birth date. We use this information to confirm your UnitedHealthcare membership and to send appointment reminders.
Yes. We confirm your member information and check doctor claims to prevent fraud.
Yes. UnitedHealthcare is careful to protect your privacy.
You can access Baby Blocks with a computer or mobile device. Be sure you are in a place with an internet connection or Wi-Fi.
UnitedHealthcare members can get a gift card or a cool diaper bag for signing up for Baby Blocks. Stay with the program until baby is 15 months old and receive rewards for going to all the available doctor appointments. Rewards include baby gear, toys, books and child safety items.

Contact Member Services by calling the phone number on the back of your member ID card.
We contact you by email or text message. If you do not wish to receive email or texts from us, you may opt out at any time.

You can add your baby’s Member ID on your profile page. Select your baby’s name and click "Edit."
